Redskins TE Fred Davis may be out for the season

Redskins Tight End Fred Davis suffered an injury in the game against the Giants, and could possibly be out for the season. It is believed that Davis tore his Achilles’ tendon, and although there is no official announcement by the Redskins management, Davis was not able to return to the game.

Redskins are already without important players such as receiver Pierre Garcon, and defensive lineman Brian Orakpo. London Fletcher also suffered a right hamstring injury and is questionable to get back into the game.
