Redskins Fall 23-27 to Giants

In what was a very entertaining game that could have gone either way, the Redskins fell 23-27 to the New York Giants. The Redskins came into the game with 5 turnovers all year but had 4 turnovers in this game., as the Redskins defense put up a poor performance.

RG3 continuously caused problem for the Giants defense, keeping the game within reach for the Redskins, but Eli Manning was able to lead and ensure the Giants come out on top. RG3 connected with Santana Moss to give the Redskins a three-point lead with 1 minute 32 seconds left in the game, but the Redskins defense was not able to prevent Eli Manning from connecting with Victor Cruz for a 77 yard touchdown, and ensuring the Giants win the Game and take lead as the first place in the NFC East. With their 3rd straight victory, the Giants are not 5-2,and the Redskins are 3-4 after this loss to their NFC east rival.

RG3 connected again with Santana Moss with 45 seconds left in the game, but he fumbled the ball, and the Giants Recovered. In total, RG3 connected 20 of 28 passes, 258 yards, and two touchdowns. He carried nine times in the game, rushing for 89 yards. RB, Alfred Morris carried 22 times for 120 yards with no touchdowns.
