Redskins Offensive Failures Result in Defeat

On Monday Night Football, the Redskins defense was fierce, tough, and hard-nosed. They didn’t give up a single touchdown and forced Dallas to settle for 6 field goal attempts, with Bailey making all 6 to give Dallas a total of 18 points for the game. However, the Redskins offense looked slow, lost, and uninterested, something you never want to see happen when the defense is playing lights out. Grossman had two turnovers, one interception and one fumble to allow Dallas to clinch the victory. In addition to that, Gano had a 35-yard field goal attempt blocked after a botched snap, a simple play which would have been the difference between a win and a loss had Gano been able to get the kick off. Next week the Redskins travel to St. Louis to play the Rams, who are 0-3, but hopefully Grossman can get his act together before we start calling for Beck to start.

Keep informed about the Redskins as they get ready for the Rams next week by continuing to read our Redskins blog which covers everything you need to know regarding the Redskins.
